Odor & gas filters
Activated carbon or chemical filters are typically used to remove gases and odors by adsorbing molecules from the air. They enhance air purification in clean rooms and air handling systems to control VOCs and unpleasant odors. Additionally, using special chemically treated (impregnated) carbon filters can be used to protect printed circuit boards from corrosive gases (e.g., sulfur, ammonia, and chlorine compounds), which prevents corrosion damage and short circuits in sensitive electronic components.
